To celebrate Cherry Mobile's 5th year anniversary, they will be offering their latest octa-core phablet dubbed as Cosmos One. Cherry Mobile's Cosmos One will have a 5.5 inch HD (720 x 1080) IPS display with Gorilla Glass 2 protection, powered with MediaTek MT6592m 1.4Ghz octa-core processor paired with Mali-450MP GPU.
Other noteworthy specs are 8GB internal storage with 1GB RAM, 14mp BSI autofocus rear camera with LED paired with 8mp on front, and USB OTG support. Battery size looks decent enough with 2400 mAh capacity and OS will be Android KitKat 4.4 out of the box.

As announced by Cherry Mobile in their Facebook page, This Limited Edition Cosmos One will only be available at SELECT concept stores nationwide on August 30, 2014 for a budget friendly price of Php6,999. We will keep you posted for further info regarding which stores will carry these exactly and other important details.
